Prashant Kadhe is a creative producer working with a production house based in Nagpur. He started as an editor and then ventured in production of documentary films, commercial films, short movies, and music albums. He has special interest in tribal community and has a strong desire to use medium of film making to bring nuances of tribal lifestyle in front of masses. In last ten years of his career, he was involved in production of films for government agencies like social welfare, tribal department etc.
Caught in the eternal darkness of absence of education and illiterateness, Adivasis are moreover grilled by unemployment and acute hunger. Befriending flora and fauna of forests, the same adivasis have found a unique way of their own and others' survival from illness... And for that they discovered herbal medicines... And an inspiring path towards humanity...
