The Jury was awed by the screen presence of this woman who was convincingly consistent throughout her venture to fulfil her quest, and also who was lucidly transformative from a naive beginning to an audacious end of her journey. With this performer's extraordinary capacity to hold our heartbeat at times, she has elevated our cinematic experience to a much greater level. The Jury therefore, rewards Eli Skorcheva of the film Blaga's Lessons with a special mention for her exceptional performance of a widow who in vain labours to find eternal peace for her dead infidel husband.
